Following your hotel pickup, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Meru National Park.

Located 10km north of the equator, this rugged 870 km² park is part of a 370,000 -acre conservation area that includes the Kora, Rahole, and Bisanadi Reserves.

Meru National Park offers some of the greatest species diversity in East Africa, featuring large elephant herds, lions, and over 400 bird species. Notably, it contains a thriving rhino sanctuary and is the only national park that permits ranger-guided bush walks. You will arrive at Elewana Elsa's Kopje Meru in time for lunch.

Enjoy a full-day, sunrise-to-sunset safari through Meru National Park. After an early breakfast, you will track predators, elephants, and the Big Five across savannahs and acacia woodlands. The itinerary includes rare sightings of Grevy’s zebra and lesser kudu, a riverside picnic among hippos and crocodiles, and visits to the rhino sanctuary. You will arrive at Lalashe Ripoi in time for lunch, Spend the afternoon relaxing at the lodge. Your day will conclude with dinner and an overnight stay at the camp.

We look forward to an incredible itinerary together. We will enjoy game drives throughout the Mara, spend rewarding time with the local Maasai people, and visit the Mara River and its tributaries to observe the crocodiles and hippos. To conclude our days, we will enjoy sundowners in the gentle evening warmth.

Either on the second or third day in the Mara, we will soar in a hot-air balloon over the "endless place," as the Maasai call this magnificent land. Please note that the hot-air balloon flight is available at an additional cost.

Today We will fly back to Nairobi in the morning, arriving at 10:00 AM. you will visit the orphaned elephants at the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust (SWT) to watch their keepers feed and interact with them. As the world’s most successful orphan elephant rescue and rehabilitation programme, the SWT performs incredible, life -saving conservation work.

During the 11:00 am viewing, you can watch the babies enjoy their midday milk feed and mud bath, playing together in the red earth. This is a moving experience that we highly recommend. Following lunch, you will visit the Karen Blixen Museum. For your dinner this evening, you have the option of dining at the Carnivore Restaurant or at your hotel.
