Sala’s Camp, Masai Mara

The Camp rests on the banks of the Sand and Keekorok rivers looking into Tanzania’s Serengeti on the opposite side. It is nestled amongst an indigenous forest with views into the Northern Corridor, which is the route taken by the million wildebeest whose famous migration takes place annually.

This makes Sala’s Camp the perfect spot to watch the Great Migration enroute. A long tradition of safari under canvas is harbored here with stylish but simple accomodation, and reminiscent of early pioneering days.  Each tent is spacious and airy, with ensuite bathroom complete with flush toilet and hot showers.

Hanging temptingly in the trees in front of some of the tents are welcoming hammocks to relax in.
